MEET OUR COACHES
SARAH BOWMAN

ASSISTANT COACH
I am a Bruin. I was a member of the team when Central Hardin formed their program. Our relay went to state. I am very excited to give back to a program that shaped my life. After high school, I joined the US Master's team in Lexington and worked at UK swim meets.
My love of water led me to earn credentials as a RESCUE diver and SCUBA instructor.
It also landed me a research position in Barbados. I have spent time under the water in Australia, Fiji, Bonaire and Hawaii.
I work as a project manager for UKG.
My husband is a SCUBA diver and former Bruin swimmer as well. We have 2 boys that prefer soccer and golf.
My goal is to build lifelong swimmers. I look forward to supporting Coach Natalie and the team as we focus on technique and conditioning.

I am the new Head Coach for Central Hardin Swimming!
I am married to my best friend, Kyle,
and we have four fur babies that our world
revolves around. I work full-time as the
Administrative Assistant for the
City of Elizabethtown Parks & Recreation Department,
and I have been given so many amazing opportunities in the 5 years I have been there. Growing up,
I swam for the Elizabethtown Dolphins,
Central Hardin and Elizabethtown!
I also swam at Lindsey Wilson College
while earning my
BA in Recreation,
Tourism & Sport Management and Minor in Business Administration. In 2020,
I finished my MS in Facility & Event Management
so I am extremely excited to see what
doors may open for me
down the road! I am so grateful for
the opportunity to coach these kiddos,
and I cannot wait to see what
they achieve this coming season!
